Some Reserve+ functions are not working: what the Ministry of Defense says

The Reserve+ application is experiencing some operational difficulties on Tuesday, September 23. It is currently impossible to update electronic military registration documents, send requests to the register for military conscription or deferment from mobilization. The reason is technical problems with data exchange between the application and the register of those liable for military service.
This is stated in a statement from the Ministry of Defense.
It is noted that all documents already issued remain valid.
“We recommend saving a PDF version of the electronic military document so that it is always at hand. To do this, on the main screen of the application, click on the three dots and select “Download PDF”,” the department emphasized.
As you know, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine recently announced the appearance of deferrals in the Reserve+ application for another category of the population.
We would like to remind you that a new digital service has been officially launched in Ukraine in the Reserve+ application , which allows you to apply for a deferment from mobilization for education. This will simplify the procedure for applying for a deferment for students and significantly reduce the bureaucratic burden.
By the way, since August 5 , the Reserve+ mobile application has the ability to issue a deferral from mobilization for spouses in which one of the partners has a disability of group I or II . This new option became available as part of the service update.
