SpaceX has changed the terms of Starlink for the military: details from “The Flash”

SpaceX has imposed speed limits on Starlink terminals while in motion, which has prevented the Ukrainian Defense Forces from completing a number of important missions.
This was reported by Sergey Beskrestnov, known by the call sign “Flash”.
According to him, the restriction applies to the StarShield military service package. The speed threshold has been set at 100 miles per hour — approximately 161 km/h.
Beskrestnov stressed that the Ukrainian Defense Forces did not receive any warning about the introduction of new restrictions. This led to the disruption of a number of missions.
He also stated that such actions are unlikely to be accidental and may be related to the current political situation.
Recall that on the night of Wednesday, October 14, Starlink terminals began to lose communication while traveling at speeds over 160 km/h . This, according to preliminary data, disrupted a number of important missions. At the same time, conventional satellite communication terminals continue to operate.
