Stefanishyna was given a preventive measure: bail of UAH 6 million

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has imposed a preventive measure on former Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Olga Stefanishyna.

She was set bail at 6 million hryvnias.
At the same time, the prosecution requested that bail be set at over 13 million hryvnias.
In addition, the court imposed a number of procedural obligations on the former ambassador.
In particular, she was forbidden to communicate with her friend Tetyana Mazurenko and certain former subordinates who are involved in the case.
After the meeting, Stefanishyna told reporters that she did not have the necessary amount to post bail.
“Of course, I will seek these funds in order to be able to post bail,” she said.
It was previously reported that anti-corruption authorities announced a new suspicion against Olga Stefanishyna .
Also, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy, Anastasia Radina, stated that the KAMparitet consortium , which is linked to Mykhailo Stefanishyn, owes the state about UAH 2 million.
It was also reported that people from Stefanishyna’s close circle received at least four large real estate properties under management through ARMA , including the Trade Union House on Independence Square in Kyiv.
