Stefanishyna’s ex-husband’s companies owe the state two million

The head of the Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy, People’s Deputy of the “Servant of the People” party, Anastasia Radina, reported that the “KAMparitet” consortium, which is associated with Mykhailo Stefanishyn, owes the state about two million hryvnias.

She wrote about this on Facebook .

Radina recalled that the media published an investigation in which the companies of Mikhail Stefanishyn (the ex-husband of Olga Stefanishyna. – Ed.) won competitions in ARMA for the management of four facilities.

“Then ARMA promised us that the budget would receive millions of hryvnias. In fact, the state has already received two million hryvnias less, while the company probably earned money from using the seized property. The dismissal of Ms. Duma is by no means a reason to stop monitoring the activities of ARMA. Moreover, the results of the former head’s “management” still need to be corrected and corrected,” she said.

Radina added that the “KAMparitet” consortium, which is associated with Mykhailo Stefanishyn, became the manager of real estate in Kyiv on Pavlivska Street, the Trade Union Building, the berry production company “Ukrainian Berry” LLC, and the “Flagman” shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk in 2024-2025. According to the management agreements, the consortium was to pay a monthly percentage of the profit from the specified objects, and in its absence – a guarantee payment.

“Let’s start with the fact that currently the company has not paid the state any interest on profits – only guarantee payments. Although, for example, at Pavlivska 18 in Kyiv, where KAMparitet took over the management of the premises, the Svit Matrastiv store operates. That is, there is probably still profit from the activities of the managed facilities,” the People’s Deputy explained.

She stated that KAMparitet fulfilled the terms of the contracts until approximately May 2025, but later stopped making guarantee payments.

“For example, the debt for the management of the Trade Union Building in the center of Kyiv as of early August 2025 amounted to UAH 1.2 million in guarantee payment + about UAH 135,000 in penalties. In total, as of early August, KAMparitet owed the state about UAH 2 million,” said Radina.

The People’s Deputy noted that the former head of ARMA, Olena Duma, “noticed” the debts of “KAMparityt”, which had been accumulating since about May, only a few days before her dismissal – at the end of July. Perhaps in this way she tried to save the situation – but it didn’t work out.

“We are waiting for information from ARMA regarding the status of KAMparitet’s payment of 2 million in debt and fines, and if this does not happen, the termination of management agreements,” the parliamentarian concluded, noting that there is every reason to believe that KAMparitet became the manager of Ukrainska Yagoda LLC with a violation, since it may be related to the former Russian owner.
