Ukrainian drone manufacturer Deviro has introduced a new aircraft-type strike UAV “Palytsia”, which is designed to perform combat missions at operational-tactical depth. The development is currently undergoing testing directly at the front.

This is reported by “Oboronka”.

The new drone is capable of hitting ground targets at a distance of up to 90 kilometers. Its maximum flight duration is 70 minutes, and the warhead weighs up to 3 kilograms.

The company notes that “Palytsia” has become a more affordable alternative to the Bulava strike drone. Although the new model is inferior to the older model in terms of range and combat load, it allows you to effectively perform a wide range of tasks at lower costs. The manufacturer has not yet announced a specific price.

As explained by Deviro Marketing Director Roman, the use of the “Palitsa” is appropriate for hitting targets at a distance of up to 90 kilometers, such as light vehicles or other equipment. In contrast, the “Bulava” is intended for strikes on more complex objects or at a greater distance. This approach allows the military to choose a drone according to a specific combat mission.

The drone is equipped with a secure digital communication channel with AES-128/256 encryption, supports operation via Starlink and MESH technology, and also integrates with Leleka unmanned systems. The telemetry and video signal transmission range under direct visibility reaches 100 kilometers.

“Palytsia” is currently undergoing beta testing in real combat conditions. After the tests are completed, Deviro plans to begin mass production of the new strike drone.

It was previously reported that the British company BAE Systems has agreed with a Ukrainian defense enterprise to localize the production of Light Gun artillery systems in Ukraine .
