Strategic strike on Russia: SSR attacked petrochemical plant in Budyonnovsk

On the night of November 12, units of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces successfully struck the Stavrolen petrochemical plant in the city of Budyonnovsk, Stavropol Territory, Russian Federation.

This was reported by the press service of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian military, several strike drones have hit critical targets on the territory of a company that is part of the technological link of the Russian defense industry. The hits are also confirmed by local residents on social networks. Local authorities report a fire at the plant due to falling debris.

The SSOs continue to employ asymmetric operations to strategically exhaust the enemy’s resources and reduce its defensive potential.

As a reminder, on the night of November 12 , a series of powerful explosions were heard in the city of Budennovsk, Stavropol Territory of the Russian Federation, causing a fire in the territory of an industrial zone . Local residents reported a glow over the city and flashes.

It should be noted that this is not the first attack on Stavrolen LLC: the previous incident occurred on October 28, when a series of explosions were also recorded in the industrial zone.
