Long-range drones of the Security Service struck the Kaleykino oil pumping station, located over a thousand kilometers from Ukraine – in the Russian republic of Tatarstan.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing sources in the SBU.
As noted, “Kaleykino” is an important facility for transporting Russian oil through the “Druzhba” pipeline. The station receives oil from Western Siberia and the Volga region, mixes it and prepares it for export.
As a result of the strikes by Ukrainian drones, six explosions were heard at the site of the attack, and after that a large-scale fire broke out.
The publication’s sources said that tanks with raw materials caught fire on the territory of the oil pumping station.
According to the interlocutor, the Security Service is using strike drones to reduce Russian oil production and transportation.
“Our special operations are methodically reducing the filling of the Russian budget with petrodollars that finance the war against Ukraine,” he added.
We will remind you that on the night of February 19 , drones of the Security Service of Ukraine attacked the Russian oil depot “Velikolukskaya” in the Pskov region of the Russian Federation.
