Strike on oil depot in Armavir: fire breaks out after UAV attack

An oil depot in Armavir, Krasnodar Krai, Russia, caught fire after a drone attack. The area of the fire, according to preliminary data, is about 800 square meters.

This is reported by Russian media and the ASTRA Telegram channel.

According to their information, the attack targeted an oil depot located in the city’s Northern Industrial Zone. Russian intelligence services claim that more than 16 drones were involved in the attack.

As a result of the strike, a large-scale fire broke out on the territory of the facility. More than 40 employees of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and nine units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing it.

It was previously reported that drones attacked the Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories of Russia on the night of July 22. The explosions were followed by fires at Wildberries logistics centers in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk, as well as at an oil depot in Armavir.

In addition, the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Robert “Magyar” Brovdi, reported that over the past two days, the Ukrainian military has hit 13 Russian ships in the Black and Azov Seas.
