Strike on Russian Silicon Plant: General Staff Reveals Details and Shows Video of Attack

Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully struck the Russian Kremniy El plant in the Bryansk region using Storm Shadow missiles.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

They emphasized that the enterprise was attacked as part of efforts to reduce the military and economic potential of the occupiers.

The attack resulted in the target being hit. Production facilities at the facility were significantly damaged. Information on the extent of the damage is currently being clarified.

It is noted that the aerial reconnaissance was carried out by fighters from the “Reid” separate regiment of unmanned systems.

It is separately noted that “Kremniy El” occupies a key place in the production chain of “precision” weapons in the Russian Federation.

“The plant specializes in discrete semiconductor technology and integrated circuits, which are the “brains” and “nervous system” of modern weapons, in particular Iskander missiles,” the General Staff explained.

As a reminder, on March 10 , a missile attack hit the Silicon plant in Bryansk, Russia , which produces electronics for Russian missiles.
