Sudden showers and hail: where the weather will deteriorate significantly

On July 28 and 29, rain, thunderstorms, gusty winds, and possible hail are expected in western and central regions of Ukraine. However, intense heat will prevail in the south of the country.
This was reported by the Ukrhydrometeorological Center.
Weather July 28
On Monday, July 28, heavy rains and showers are expected in the Western, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions.
Thunderstorms are forecast in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Odessa and Mykolaiv regions.
Daytime air temperature:
- in the southern regions, the air temperature will be from 25 to 31 degrees;
- in the western regions of Ukraine, the daytime temperature will be from 22 to 27 degrees;
- in the central regions of the country, the air temperature is forecast to be between 30 and 35 degrees;
- In the east of the country, the daytime air temperature will range from 28 to 34 degrees.
Weather July 29
Thunderstorms, heavy showers in some places, hail and winds with a speed of 17–22 m/s are expected in the west, north and in places in the central regions of Ukraine. Only the Transcarpathian region will avoid bad weather.
The daytime temperature in the western and northern regions will be from 20 to 25 degrees. In the central regions, the daytime temperature will be slightly higher, from 30 to 35 degrees.
In the southern regions of Ukraine, only the Mykolaiv region will experience moderate rains.
The daytime temperature will be between 33 and 36 degrees.
The eastern regions of the country will be without precipitation. During the day, the air temperature will be from 31 to 35 degrees.
In the afternoon, hail and squalls of 15-20 m/s are possible in some areas. Because of this, level I of danger was declared.
