Summary of the General Staff: in which directions the fiercest battles took place

Russia continues massive attacks along the entire front line, but the Ukrainian military is holding back the offensive and inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Over the past day, 221 combat clashes were recorded on the front.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the day, Russian troops launched two missile and 90 air strikes, used two missiles and dropped 236 guided bombs. The occupiers also used about 6,200 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,288 attacks on Ukrainian military positions and settlements, 123 of them from multiple rocket launchers.

The areas of the settlements of Vozdvizhivka, Pryluky, Yuliivka, Zelene, Verkhnia Tersa in Zaporizhia region, as well as Havrylivka in Dnipropetrovsk region, were subjected to air strikes. In response, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck three areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons, and equipment.

Three clashes took place in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions. The enemy launched three air strikes, dropped eight guided bombs, and carried out 82 attacks, including one with MLRS.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, Ukrainian troops stopped 15 attacks in the areas of Vovchansk, Starytsia, and Prylipka.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried seven times to break through the defenses near Pishchany, Petropavlivka, and Kurylivka, but failed.

In the Lymansky direction, the Russians attacked 18 times in the areas of Myrne, Zarichny, Derylovye, Karpivka, Serednye, as well as in the direction of Drobyshevye, Stavki, Cherneshchyna, Novosergiivka, and Ozernye.

In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled four attacks in the direction of Riznykivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, six combat clashes took place near Vasyukivka, Chasovy Yar, and in the direction of Bondarne.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 18 attacks in the areas of Oleksandro-Shultyny, Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk and in the direction of Stepanivka, Ivanopillya, Mykolaipilya, and Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsky direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 44 enemy assault actions near Nykanorivka, Chervonyi Lyman, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Kotlyny, Udachny, Molodetsky, Dachny, Filia, as well as in the direction of Kucherovy Yar, Novyy Shakhovy, Hryshyn, and Sukhetske.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 13 times in the areas of Oleksandrovka, Verbovye, Solodki, Zlagoda, and in the direction of Oleksiivka and Ivanivka.

In the Hulyaipil direction, the Ukrainian military repelled 48 attacks in the Hulyaipil area and in the direction of Dobropil, Varvarivka, Zelenye, and Pryluky.

No enemy offensive actions were recorded in the Orikhiv direction.

In the Prydniprovskie direction, the Defense Forces stopped one enemy attack in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, Ukrainian intelligence did not detect any signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups.

As a reminder, over the past 24 hours, the Russian army lost 1,040 soldiers. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed three tanks, two armored combat vehicles, 26 artillery systems, two MLRS, 406 operational-tactical drones, 122 vehicles and one unit of special equipment of the occupiers.
