Sun, warmth and strong wind: weather forecast for Ukraine for September 29

On Tuesday, September 29, Ukraine will be mostly dry and sunny, with daytime temperatures rising to +21° in some places. The warmest weather is expected in the west and south of the country. At the same time, the day will be windy: gusts in the south will reach 20 m/s.

This is reported by the Ukrhydrometeorological Center.

Clear weather is forecast in Kyiv, with temperatures of +10° at night and around +18° during the day. Approximately the same daytime temperatures are expected in most central and northern regions.

In the west, the air will warm up to +18…+21°. In Uzhhorod, it will be the warmest — up to +21°, in Lviv, Rivne and Ternopil — about +19°. Fog is possible in some areas in the morning.

It will also be warm in the south. In Odessa, Mykolaiv and Kherson, the daytime temperature is expected to reach +21°, but the sky will be partly cloudy. In Kropyvnytskyi and Cherkasy, the temperature will rise to +19°.

In the east and northeast, the weather forecast will be similar: no precipitation, but with variable cloudiness. In Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava, the daytime temperature will be about +18°, in Dnipro — up to +19°.

At night, the temperature across the country will fluctuate mainly within +7…+15°. It will be coolest in the west and north, while in the south the night will remain quite warm – up to +13…+15°.

It is worth considering the wind separately. Its speed will be 7–12 m/s, and in the southern regions, gusts may reach 20 m/s.
