Swarovski presents crystal collection based on “Shrek”: jewelry prices

Swarovski has introduced a collection of crystal figurines inspired by the animated film “Shrek” to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the DreamWorks franchise. The series includes 5 characters from the popular story.

The collection features crystal figurines of the following heroes:

• Shrek;
• Fiona;
• Ass;
• Puss in Boots;
• Spicy.

The Shrek figure has 551 crystal facets. This is the most facets of any character in the new series.

The cost of the figurines in the collection varies. The most expensive was the Shrek figurine – it was estimated at 650 euros. The other figurines have the following prices:

• Fiona — 500 euros;
• Donkey — 350 euros;
• Puss in Boots — 280 euros;
• Spicy — 159 euros.

The company notes that the new figures are created with great attention to detail and recreate the images of the cartoon characters in the form of crystal sculptures. Designers used multi-colored crystals and intricate cutting to convey the characteristics of each character.

Shrek is made with hundreds of facets and recreates his recognizable image with a characteristic costume. Fiona’s figure is made in shades of green and is complemented by a silver tiara, and Donkey is presented in a sitting position using the Shadow Crystal effect.

The designers paid special attention to the characters Puss in Boots and Spice. The Puss in Boots figurine has 296 crystal facets, while Spice received crystal “buttons” and a multi-colored lollipop.

“A magical tribute to the greatest fairy tale never told,” the brand’s designers noted.
