Telegram has a large-scale outage: what is known

On Thursday, March 12, Telegram messenger users began complaining about app crashes.
This is reported by the Downdetector website.
Problems with the service are being reported in Ukraine, several European countries, as well as in the USA and Russia.
Users are reporting that they are having difficulty sending messages, opening chats, and downloading media files.
At the same time, this is the second such outage in the last 24 hours. According to Downdetector, users also reported problems with Telegram on March 11.
