Telephone lines are overloaded: Ukrainians in the UAE and Bahrain were urged to fill out a special registration form

The Embassy of Ukraine in the United Arab Emirates has appealed to Ukrainian citizens who are forced to stay in the UAE and the Kingdom of Bahrain to fill out an information and registration form. The embassy noted that this form is the main means of communication with consular institutions amid the security situation.

The appeal emphasizes that the form must be filled out by citizens of Ukraine who are forced to stay in the UAE and Bahrain due to the current security situation.

“This form is the main means of communication with the consular department of the Embassy of Ukraine in the UAE and the Consulate of Ukraine in Dubai,” the diplomatic mission noted.

The Embassy also reported that the institutions’ telephone lines are currently overloaded, and urged everyone to be understanding.

“The telephone lines of the Embassy and Consulate are currently overloaded, so please be understanding and fill out this form if you have any questions regarding your temporary stay in the UAE and Bahrain,” the message says.

The embassy added that information on the current state of the security situation in the UAE and Bahrain, as well as recommendations for Ukrainian citizens, are promptly published on the website of the Embassy of Ukraine in the UAE and on the institution’s official pages on Facebook and Instagram. Citizens are asked to follow the updates.
