Ten people remain missing after a massive attack on Kyiv, the death toll has risen to 30.
As of the morning of July 3, 10 more people remain missing following the massive Russian attack on Kyiv.
President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this.
According to the State Emergency Service, the death toll has risen to 30, with over 90 more injured. Russian shelling caused widespread destruction and fires at 40 locations across the capital. The Darnitsky district suffered the most damage, with multi-story residential buildings and eight private homes damaged.
Rescuers are continuing their search at the site of the collapsed nine-story building and are also clearing rubble at three other locations. According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, among those missing are a 15-year-old girl and the parents of a 10-year-old boy, who is currently hospitalized. A total of four injured children have been hospitalized.
At the same time, forensic experts are working to identify the discovered fragments of the bodies of the deceased.
As a reminder, on the night of Thursday, July 2, Russia launched a massive air strike on Kyiv. The attack killed 10 people and wounded 56 others. Two children were among the injured.
