Tests for emergency rooms and utility workers: What will the weather be like on December 14?

On Saturday, December 14, cloudy and humid weather will prevail in most regions of Ukraine. This will be caused by a basin between two large anticyclones, which will bring precipitation in the form of rain and sleet.
Meteorologist Natalia Didenko reported this on her Facebook page.
According to weather forecasters, rain is most likely in the western regions, while sleet, with some accumulation, is expected across most of the country. Icy roads are possible. Significant precipitation is unlikely in the eastern regions, and it will cease in the west by Sunday afternoon.
At the same time, strong, and in some places storm-force, westerly winds are forecast in the western regions.
Nighttime temperatures will range from 0 to -5 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures from -3 to +3 degrees Celsius. Western regions will be warmer: nighttime temperatures from +1 to +3 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures from +3 to +6 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy skies and intermittent sleet are expected in Kyiv on December 14. Icy conditions are possible on roads and sidewalks. Temperatures will range from -1 to -3 degrees Celsius overnight, and around 0 degrees Celsius during the day.
Forecasters are urging drivers and pedestrians to exercise caution due to adverse weather conditions.
