Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a series of strikes on military facilities of the Russian army in the temporarily occupied territories.
The General Staff was notified about this .
The military struck enemy command and logistics facilities, reducing the enemy’s offensive potential. The attacks used, in particular, ATACMS missiles.
Thus, on the night of February 24, Ukrainian units of the Missile Forces and artillery struck an auxiliary command post of the 5th Russian Army in the Novopetrykivka area of the Donetsk region.
In addition, the Defense Forces attacked an enemy ammunition and material and technical equipment depot near Priazovskoye in the Donetsk region.
The Ukrainian military also struck enemy targets in the occupied part of Zaporizhia region. In particular, they managed to hit a material and technical equipment warehouse of the Rubicon center unit near Vasylivka, an ammunition depot in the Oleksandrivka area, and a repair base near Yakymivka.
Separately, the day before, on February 23, strikes were carried out on a command and observation post and a UAV control point in the Pokrovske direction.
Currently, all data on the final losses of the Russian army and the scale of the damage caused are being clarified.
“The Ukrainian Defense Forces will continue to systematically strike at the command posts, logistics facilities, and repair infrastructure of the Russian aggressor, depriving it of its ability to effectively support combat operations,” the General Staff concluded.
Recall that, reducing the enemy’s offensive potential, the Defense Forces launched a series of strikes on enemy targets in the temporarily occupied territories and in the Russian Federation.
By the way, the Unmanned Systems Forces hit and destroyed several units of Russian military equipment in the temporarily occupied territories.
