The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 1,020 occupiers, 15 artillery systems and a tank

As of the morning of October 9, Russia had lost about 1,119,390 soldiers since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Over the course of the day, the enemy’s losses in manpower reached 1,010 people.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat losses of the Russian army from February 24, 2022 to October 9, 2025 are approximately:
