As of the morning of May 12, Russia had lost about 1,343,050 military personnel since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Over the course of the day, enemy casualties reached 1,020.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the Russian army from February 24, 2022 to May 12, 2026 are approximately:
