The Armed Forces of Ukraine have repelled 152 attacks by the invaders since the beginning of the day, the heaviest in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivske directions.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information as of 10:00 p.m. on September 9, 2025 regarding the Russian invasion.

In total, 152 combat clashes have occurred since the beginning of this day. Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy’s attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting fire damage on it.

The Russian invaders carried out one missile and 59 air strikes, using two missiles and dropping 72 guided bombs. In addition, they engaged 1,977 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,416 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements.

Eight combat engagements took place in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions. The enemy carried out 6 air strikes, dropped a total of 14 guided bombs, and carried out 174 artillery attacks, including four from multiple rocket launchers.

Today, the enemy attacked six times in the South Slobozhansk direction, in the Vovchansk area. Two combat clashes are still ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy made seven offensive attempts in the area of Stepovaya Novoselivka, and in the direction of Kupyansk, Petropavlivka, and Pishchanye.

In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Seredne, Kolodyazi, and Torske. One combat clash is still ongoing.

In the Siversky direction, the enemy attacked 20 times in the areas of Serebryanka, Hryhorivka and in the direction of Yampol, Dronivka, Viyimka, Pazeno. Five combat clashes have been taking place so far.

Since the beginning of the day, Russian units in the Kramatorsk direction have attacked three times in the Stupochok area.

There were 10 combat clashes in the Torets direction today. The enemy tried to storm the positions of Ukrainian units in the areas of Katerynivka, Yablunivka, Poltavka and towards Oleksandro-Shultyny, Pleshchiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of this day, the enemy has attacked 47 times in the areas of the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Nove Shakhove, Zapovedne, Myrolyubivka, Novoekonomichne, Shevchenko, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Dachne and in the direction of Rodynske, Promen, Sukhyi Yar, Pokrovsk, Molodetsky. Our defenders are holding back the enemy’s onslaught.

Today, according to preliminary data, 152 occupiers have been neutralized in this direction, of which 84 are irretrievably. In addition, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed seven cars, a motorcycle, a unit of special equipment, eight unmanned aerial vehicles, a UAV control point, an ammunition depot. A car, a cannon, and seven shelters for enemy personnel were damaged.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 21 attacks by the invaders in the areas of the settlements of Maliyivka, Komyshuvakha, Novomykolaivka, Olhivka and towards the settlements of Filiya, Ivanivka, Andriyivka-Klevtsove, Sichneve, Ternove, Novoivanivka. Five more combat clashes are ongoing.

The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Hulyaipil, Orikhiv , and Prydniprov directions.

There were no significant changes in the situation in other areas.
