The Armed Forces of Ukraine have repelled 222 attacks by the invaders since the beginning of the day: where did the most clashes take place?

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information as of 10:00 p.m. on March 28, 2026 regarding the Russian invasion.
In total, 222 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of this day. Ukrainian defenders are inflicting constant fire damage on the enemy, destroying personnel and exhausting its combat potential. Active actions are being carried out in certain areas.
The enemy carried out 75 air strikes, dropping 227 guided bombs. In addition, it used 5,173 kamikaze drones to destroy the enemy and carried out 2,909 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions today, the enemy carried out 75 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, two of them using MLRS.
In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units five times in the areas of Staritsa, Prylipka, Vovchansk, Vovchanskiye Khutory and Chuhunivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked eight times in the areas of Pishchane, Petropavlivka, Kruglyakivka and towards Novoplatonivka and Kurylivka.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled five assaults by the invaders towards Drobysheve, Stavki, and in the area of the settlement of Novoselivka.
On the Slavyansk direction, the enemy tried to advance four times in the areas of Zakitne, Riznykovka, Platonovka, and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, according to updated information, the aggressor tried to improve his position three times, attacking towards Nikiforovka and in the Predtechyny area.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders stormed the positions of our defenders 26 times today in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Novopavlivka, Kleban-Byk, Ivano-Pol’ya, Yablunivka and towards Illinivka, Sofiivka, Berestok, and Kucherovy Yar.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 51 attacks. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Novopidhorodne, Molodetske, Novye Shakhove, Chervonyi Lyman, Novopavlivka, Dachne and towards Hryshynye, Shevchenko, and Filia. One assault operation is ongoing.
According to preliminary estimates, today in this direction 129 occupiers were eliminated and 45 were wounded; 12 units of automotive equipment and two UAV control points were destroyed; 7 shelters, a UAV control point, three tanks, a cannon and two units of automotive transport were damaged. 191 UAVs of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders attacked the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrivkagrad, Ivanivka, Zeleny Hai, Andriivka-Klevtsove, Sichneve 19 times and towards Sosnivka, Verbovye, Zlagoda. One attack is ongoing.
In the Hulyaipil direction, 32 attacks by the invaders were recorded in the areas of the settlements of Hulyaipole, Varvarivka, Olenokostyantynivka, Myrne and in the direction of Dobropillya, Zaliznychny, Hirky, Hulyaipilsky, Tsvitky. One assault operation is ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked in the area of Malaya Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Malye Shcherbaky, and Stepovoye.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy carried out two assault operations towards the Antoniv Bridge.
There have been no significant changes in the situation in other areas.
