The Armed Forces of Ukraine hit a group of Iskander anti-tank missiles and Russian radar stations in Crimea

On the night of May 2, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of military facilities of Russia and occupation forces in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The Iskander tactical group, radar stations, ammunition depots, and drone control points were hit.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The department stated that the strikes were carried out as part of measures to reduce the offensive capabilities of the Russian army.

In particular, the Ukrainian military struck the location of the tactical group of Iskander operational-tactical missile systems in the Druzhne area in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.

Enemy radar facilities in the occupied Crimea were also hit:

  • coastal radar station “MIS-M1” in the Mayak area;
  • “Podlyot” radar station in the Yevpatoria region.

In addition, the Defense Forces struck 3 enemy drone control points in the Georgiyevka area in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region and a UAV depot in the Novopetrykivka area.

Ukrainian military also struck a repair unit of Russian troops in the Kadiivka area in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region and an ammunition depot in the Ivanivka area in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.

The General Staff noted that the extent of the damage is currently being clarified.

Separately, the General Staff reported confirmation of the results of the previous strike on the Kacha airfield in occupied Crimea.

“Based on the results of previous strikes, the destruction of an ammunition depot on April 29, 2026 at the Kacha airfield (TOT AR Crimea) was confirmed,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

By the way, on the night of Wednesday, April 29, a series of explosions were heard in temporarily occupied Crimea . Several military facilities, including airfields, were under attack at once.

As a reminder, on the night of Tuesday, April 28, powerful explosions were heard in temporarily occupied Crimea. Drones attacked the peninsula, and explosions were heard in several areas at once.
