The Armed Forces of Ukraine hit a Russian radar station in Crimea and occupier warehouses in the Donetsk region

On the night of Thursday, May 28, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a series of strikes on important military facilities of the Russian occupiers in Crimea and in the temporarily occupied part of the Donetsk region.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Among the targets was the ST-68 radar station in Feodosia. This radar is used by the Russian air defense to detect and track air targets.

“The ST-68 air object detection radar station was hit,” the General Staff reported.

In addition, the Ukrainian military struck Russian drone control points in the areas of Kalynovoye and Novogrodivka in the Donetsk region.

Also under attack were the occupiers’ logistics warehouses in the areas of Mariupol, Bugas, and Novoselivka Druha. Separately, Ukrainian forces struck an ammunition depot near Hrabovye.

The General Staff also spoke about another successful operation carried out on May 27. Then the Ukrainian military attacked the command post of the Russian unit in the Paraskoviyivka area.

“The destruction of the facility has been confirmed. According to preliminary data, the enemy’s irretrievable losses amounted to 18 servicemen,” the General Staff noted.

The Ukrainian military stressed that they will continue to strike important targets of the Russian army in order to weaken its ability to wage war against Ukraine.
