The Armed Forces of Ukraine hit Russian air defense systems and command posts in the occupied territories

Defense forces struck Russian targets, attacking air defenses and command posts.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this .

In particular, on March 15 and on the night of March 16, Ukrainian units launched a series of strikes on enemy military facilities in the temporarily occupied territories.

The fighters managed to hit two TOR anti-aircraft missile systems – in the areas of Korobkyne in Luhansk Oblast and Balashivka in Zaporizhia.

Among other things, a radar station from the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system came under attack near Chervonye in the Donetsk region.

Separately, units of the Defense Forces struck enemy control points, hitting command and observation posts on the TOT — near Stepne in the Donetsk region and Bagatoye in Zaporizhia.

Currently, there is no information about the scale of the damage and enemy losses, the General Staff is clarifying the data.

As a reminder, on March 11-12, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a series of successful strikes on Russian military facilities in temporarily occupied territories in order to reduce the enemy’s offensive potential.

Previously, Ukrainian units attacked a command post, a Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile system, warehouses, and enemy oil depots on the TOT.

Recently, the Defense Forces attacked the long-distance space communication center near Vitynye and the Podlyot-K1 radar station (radar) near Vynohradne in Crimea.
