The Ukrainian Defense Forces liberated the village of Ivanivka near Novopavlivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region as a result of search and strike operations. During the operation, 53 Russian servicemen were killed and 19 more were captured.

It is noted that Ivanovka and the southern outskirts of the settlement were cleared by the 37th Separate Marine Brigade. The operation took place as part of hostilities in the Novopavlivske direction.
As a result of the actions of the Defense Forces units, 53 Russian servicemen were eliminated. Another 19 people were taken prisoner and transferred to replenish the exchange fund.
The prisoners were provided with food and medical care in accordance with international law.
It is also reported that one of the prisoners, probably mobilized from the temporarily occupied territory, read Taras Shevchenko’s “Testament” after his detention.
At the same time, the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) officially confirmed that the Ukrainian Defense Forces were recently able to advance in the Novopavlivske direction, namely north of the village of Filiya, in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to analysts, geolocation videos released on November 29 indicate that the Ukrainian Defense Forces recently advanced north of Filia (south of Novopavlivka).
By the way, as of October 26, 2025, Ukrainian soldiers liberated 185.6 sq. km of the territory of Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region and cleared 243.8 sq. km. Despite this, the situation remains difficult, as the enemy is increasing offensive forces.
