Viktor Tregubov, spokesman for the Dnipro operational-strategic group of troops, said that the liberation of the settlement of Myrne in the Kharkiv region is a tactical victory for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He spoke about this on the air of “Public. Studio”.
The spokesman explained that there is a key route in the Kupyansk direction that served as an “artificial fuse” for the Russian army. The defense forces managed to push the occupiers away from it.
He added that the liberation of the village of Myrne will help Ukrainian troops contain the enemy in this region.
“This is not some great strategic victory, but it is a fundamental tactical victory,” Tregubov noted.
As a reminder, the Defense Forces of Ukraine liberated the settlement of Myrne in the Kupyanskyi district of the Kharkiv region.
As reported, Russian occupation troops are making attempts to enter Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region from the northwest .
