The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 121 attacks by the Russian army: which directions are the hottest?

Over the past 24 hours, 121 combat clashes have been recorded on the front. Russian troops continued intensive attacks along the entire contact line, actively using missiles, aviation, artillery, and strike drones, delivering massive strikes on positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and frontline settlements.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on December 26.

According to the updated information, yesterday the enemy carried out one missile and 66 air strikes, using one missile and dropping 172 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 3,614 attacks, including 90 from multiple rocket launcher systems, and engaged 5,804 kamikaze drones to destroy them.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Novotyaginka in the Kherson region; Zaliznychne, Hulyaipole, Ternuvatye, Bilogirya, Verkhnia Tersa, Staroukrainka, Lyubitske, Zelene, Boykove in the Zaporizhia region; Zatoka in the Odessa region.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery have struck three areas of personnel concentration, three command posts, one other important enemy facility, and two artillery pieces of the Russian invaders.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, our soldiers repelled one attack by the occupiers, the enemy launched one air strike, using one guided bomb, and carried out 107 attacks, two of which were from multiple rocket launchers.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy tried seven times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders, in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Dvorichanske, and towards Vilcha.

One enemy attack took place in the Kupyansk direction yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy’s assault actions towards Hlushkivka.

In the Lymansky direction, the enemy conducted nine attacks. They tried to penetrate our defenses in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivka, Stavka, Novoserhiivka and towards Ozerne and Zarichne.

In the Slavyansk direction, during the past 24 hours, our defenders stopped five attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Siversk and Serebryanka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, one clash was recorded near the settlement of Novomarkovo.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 15 attacks near the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk, Shcherbynivka, and Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 28 assault actions of the aggressor near the settlements of Chervonyi Lyman, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Leontovychi, Kotlyne, Molodetske, Filiya, Dachne, Hryshyne and in the direction of Novopavlivka, Novyy Shakhovye, Kucherovy Yar, Novoekonomicheny.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy carried out 15 attacks over the past day in the areas of the settlements of Pryvilne, Rybne, Krasnohirske, Zeleny Gay, Vorone, Yalta, Oleksandrovka and towards Iskra, Vyshneve, Yehorivka.

In the Hulyaipil direction, seven attacks by the occupiers took place – in the areas of the settlements of Uspenivka and Hulyaipil and towards Dobropil.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders repelled one enemy attack near the settlement of Pavlovka.

In the Dnieper direction, the Defense Forces repelled two enemy attacks in the direction of the Antoniv Bridge.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
