The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 136 attacks by the Russian army in a day: where did the most clashes take place?

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information as of 08:00 on September 29, 2025 regarding the Russian invasion.
In total, 136 combat clashes were recorded over the past 24 hours. Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck two areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, one UAV control point, and five other important enemy targets.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile and 81 air strikes, used 50 missiles and dropped 156 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 4,682 attacks, including 124 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 6,432 kamikaze drones to strike. The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Zaliznychne, Novoselivka in Zaporizhia region; Olhivka in Kherson region.
Seven clashes took place in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day. The enemy carried out 10 air strikes, dropping 19 guided bombs, and carried out 179 shellings, including eight from multiple rocket launchers.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders five times near Vovchansk, Vovchanskiye Khutory, Ambarne, and Kamyanka.
Three clashes took place in the Kupyansk direction yesterday. Our defenders stopped the enemy’s assault actions near Kupyansk and Zagryzove.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked five times, trying to penetrate our defenses near the settlements of Torske, Derylove, Shandryholove, and in the direction of the settlement of Stavky.
In the Siverskyi direction, the Defense Forces stopped eight offensive actions of the invaders in the areas of Fedorivka, Hryhorivka, Serebryanka and towards Yampol and Dronivka.
Two clashes were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction yesterday – the occupiers tried to advance towards Predtechyny and Minkivka.
In the Torets direction, the enemy carried out 12 attacks in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Stepanivka, Pleshchiivka, Poltavka, Oleksandro-Kalynovoye, Ivano-Pol’ye, and Rusyn Yar.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 53 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Chervonyi Lyman, Nykanorivka, Lysivka, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novoekonomichne, Horikhove, Filiya and in the direction of Myrnograd, Rodynske, Balahan.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy yesterday carried out 21 attacks near the settlements of Ternove, Piddubne, Maliivka, Novohryhorivka, Novomykolaivka, Verbove and in the direction of the settlement of Andriivka-Klevtsove.
In the Hulyaipil direction, our defenders stopped two enemy attempts to advance near the settlement of Poltavka.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Orikhiv direction.
In the Prydniprovs’ky direction, the enemy twice attacked the positions of our defenders in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge – without success.
No signs of the formation of offensive groups of the aggressor were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
Our soldiers inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and actively undermine the enemy’s offensive potential in the rear.
By the way, the losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,080 people . Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized seven tanks, 53 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, an air defense system, 617 unmanned aerial vehicles, 43 cruise missiles, 111 units of automotive equipment, and two units of special equipment of the invaders.
