The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 167 attacks by the Russian army: which directions are the hottest?

Over the past 24 hours, 167 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on July 23.
According to the updated information, yesterday the enemy carried out one missile and 167 air strikes, used one missile and dropped 113 guided air bombs. In addition, it carried out 5,686 attacks, including 39 from multiple launch rocket systems, and engaged 3,579 kamikaze drones for destruction.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Yastrubyne and Grafske in the Sumy region; Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region; and Kamianske and Novoandreyevka in the Zaporizhia region.
Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery have struck 13 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, an artillery piece, a control point, and two enemy electronic warfare devices.
In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 attacks by the invading forces. The enemy also launched 15 air strikes, using 28 guided bombs, and carried out 293 shellings, three of which were from multiple rocket launchers.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy once tried to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the Zapadne area.
Four enemy attacks took place in the Kupyansk direction yesterday. Our defenders repelled enemy assault actions in the areas of Golubivka, Stepovaya Novoselivka, and Zagryzove.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted 21 attacks. They tried to penetrate our defenses in the areas of the settlements of Hrekivka, Kolodyazi, Zelena Dolyna, Myrne, Yampolivka, Torske, and in the direction of Serebryanka.
On the Siverskyi direction, the enemy made four attempts to advance in the area of Hryhorivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, one clash occurred near Chasovy Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 13 attacks in the areas of Diliivka, Toretsk, Oleksandro-Kalynovoy, and Rusyny Yar.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 74 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Poltavka, Novotoretske, Novoekonomichne, Myrolyubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Zvirovo, Udachne, Zeleny Kut, Dachne, and Oleksiivka.
In the Novopavlivske direction, the enemy carried out nine attacks last day near the settlements of Voskresenka, Yalta, Piddubne, and Zelene Pole.
Over the past day, the enemy made seven futile attempts to attack the positions of Ukrainian units in the Dnieper direction.
No combat clashes were recorded in the Orikhiv and Hulyaipil directions.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
