The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 212 assaults by the Russian army: where did the most clashes take place?

Over the past 24 hours, 212 combat clashes took place on the front. Russia used a missile, over 6.6 thousand kamikaze drones, and almost 3 thousand shelling of Ukrainian Armed Forces positions, with the most intense fighting taking place in the Pokrovsky direction.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on April 15.

Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile strike, used one missile, deployed 6,672 kamikaze drones, and carried out 2,917 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 48 from multiple launch rocket systems.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular in the populated areas of Ivanivka, Katerynivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Novoukrainka, Shyroke, Novoselyovka, Rivne, Dolynka, Omelnyk, Novoivanivka, Komyshuvakha, Shevchenkivske, Orikhiv in the Zaporizhia region.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery have struck five areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment, two UAV control points, and one multiple launch rocket system.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, the enemy carried out 70 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, nine of which were from multiple launch rocket systems. Six enemy assault actions were recorded.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy tried nine times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Starytsia, and Lyman.

In the Kupyansk direction, the aggressor attacked ten times in the direction of Kurylivka, Kupyansk-Vuzlovye, Novaya Kruglyakivka, Zagryzove, Boguslavka, and Novoplatonivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to penetrate our defenses 12 times, attacking in the direction of the settlements of Novosergiyevka, Lyman, Drobysheve, and Dibrova.

In the Slavyansk direction, during the past 24 hours, our defenders stopped four attempts by the occupiers to advance towards the settlements of Zakitne, Ozerne, and Riznykovka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders attacked four times in the areas of the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Fedorivka Druhya, Bondarne, and Markove.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 31 attacks near the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Berestok, Kleban-Byk, Rusyn Yar, Ivano-Pol’ya, Illinivka, Yablunivka, Stepanivka, Novopavlivka, and Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 42 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Muravka, Molodetske and in the direction of Dorozne and Sergiyevka.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, according to updated information, the enemy attacked 11 times in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrivka, Vorone, Verbovye, Novohrygorivka, Kalynivske, and Zlagoda.

In the Hulyaipil direction, there were 13 attacks by the occupiers in the areas of Myrne, Hulyaipil and towards Hirke, Dobropil, and Zaliznychne.

The enemy did not conduct any assault operations in the Orikhiv direction.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy conducted four futile assault operations in the direction of the Antoniv Bridge.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
