The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 225 assaults by the Russian army in a day: the hottest directions

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information as of 8 a.m. on August 31 regarding the Russian invasion.
In total , 225 combat clashes were recorded over the past 24 hours. Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery struck two areas of enemy manpower concentration, six UAV control points, six guns and artillery positions, a control point, and five other important occupier targets.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out 91 air strikes, during which it dropped 288 guided bombs. In addition, the invaders used 11,517 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,966 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, 38 of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
The settlements of Tovstodubove, Bachivsk, Bezsalivka, Korenyok, Ulanov, Girky, Iskryskivshchyna, Yastrubshchyna, Neskuchne, Ryzhivka, Kozache, Sopych, Seredyna Buda, Kucherivka, Mala Slobidka, Volfyne, Radionivka, Romashkove and Nova Sich in Sumy region; Berylivka in Chernihiv region were subjected to enemy artillery attacks. Yastrubshchyna and Vilna Sloboda were subjected to airstrikes.
Two enemy assault actions were recorded in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day. The aggressor carried out 49 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, Ukrainian units repelled three enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance towards the settlements of Vovchanski Khutory, Volokhivka, and Rybalchyne.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy advanced five times towards Dovgeny, Radkivka, and Kupyansk.
Attempts to penetrate our defenses were repelled in the Lyman direction, where the occupiers attacked 15 times towards the settlements of Lyman and in the areas of Hrekivka, Novoselivka, Stavkivka, Dibrova, and Novoyehorivka.
In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy carried out eight assault operations in the areas of the settlements of Kryva Luka, Dibrova, Zakitne, Mykolaivka, and Riznykovka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Russian invaders carried out one offensive operation towards Fedorivka.
23 attacks were recorded in the Kostyantynivka direction. The invaders carried out assault operations in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Novoselivka, Pavlivka, Stepanivka, Raiske, Vilne, and Kucheriv Yar.
Thirty-six attacks were carried out by the enemy in the Pokrovsky direction. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Novy Donbas, Gulive, Molodetske, Novopavlivka, Horikhove, Bilytske, Dobropillya, Novogrishyne, Myrne, Serhiivka and in the area of Novomykolaivka, Muravka, Novopidhorodne and Udachny.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy launched an attack in the Ternovo area.
In the Hulyaipil direction, the invaders attacked the positions of our defenders 11 times. The enemy tried to advance towards the settlements of Vozdvizhivka, Rizdvyanka, Rivne, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped four enemy attempts to advance in the area of Malaya Tokmachka, Shcherbaky, and towards Orikhiv.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy tried to improve its positions once.
No signs of the formation of offensive enemy groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
By the way, last day the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,600 people . Also, five tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 50 artillery systems, seven multiple launch rocket systems, three air defense systems, seven ground robotic complexes, 2,055 unmanned aerial vehicles, 467 units of automobiles and seven units of special enemy equipment were neutralized.
