The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the control point, warehouses and launch sites of Russian drones

On October 22 and the night of October 23, the Ukrainian military struck a number of important enemy targets. In particular, targets in the Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions, as well as in the temporarily occupied Crimea, came under attack.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Unfortunately, until now, cases of loss of communication have been recorded during the operation of Starlink/StarShield at certain speeds. However, the Ukrainian military continues to inflict damage on the enemy,” the department noted.

It is noted that the place of storage, preparation and launch of attack UAVs of the Russian army in the Donetsk region was under attack.

The General Staff emphasized that the destruction of such objects reduces the enemy’s ability to attack Ukraine and civilian infrastructure with drones of various modifications.

In addition, the unit’s command post near the settlement of Gromovo in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian Crimea, an enemy ammunition depot near the settlement of Hirnyk, and a UAV depot near Sverdlovye, Donetsk region, were hit.

The Russian army’s material and technical equipment depots in the area of the settlement of Berdyansk in the Donetsk region, as well as in the areas of Balkiv and Orikhivka in the Zaporizhia region, were also hit.

The defense ministry emphasized that the destruction of warehouses with weapons and logistical resources makes it difficult for the Russian aggressor to provide units with supplies and reduces their ability to conduct combat operations.

The area where the Rubicon unit’s manpower was concentrated in the area of Kamyanka, Zaporizhia region, was also under attack.

“Work on key enemy military targets continues,” the General Staff concluded.

It was previously reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked a number of Russian military facilities on October 21 and the night of October 22. An electronic warfare station, a command and observation post, a drone control point, and a logistics warehouse were hit.
