The black and white world of political intrigue: psychosis is growing on Bankova Street

The psychosis on Bankova is growing. And not in ordinary doses – but on an industrial scale. Yermak and his entourage have long been living in a parallel reality and are openly annoyed by Budanov.

This fear is what gives rise to the filth we see. Nervous telegram channels, “showers” about special operations, pumped-up political technologists who rub tales of “general’s ambitions” into the TV. In fact, when there is a lack of education, everything that does not fit into your narrow vision seems like a conspiracy.

And Yermak sees a conspiracy in everything. His world is black and white: if it is not controlled by Bankova, it means an enemy. And this explains why military intelligence is not an ally for him, but a “center of alternative politics.”

The hysteria, by the way, has a specific face. His name is Volodymyr Petrov, his profession is a black political strategist. The same one who receives “orders” to shower information on everyone who does not bow to Bankova. Now his task is to wet Budanov. Because in the war on Bankova, as is known, the enemies are not Russians, but those who have a higher trust rating.

And this is clearly visible in the numbers. Budanov – 57.6% trust. Zelensky – 50.3%. And this despite the fact that the first has not made any political statements. He is simply fighting. And the second has been fighting with his own people for attention for the sixth year. What particularly annoys Yermak and his patron is the increase in Budanov’s own political rating – 7.6%, according to the latest survey in October.

In addition, Budanov heads a structure that is in daily contact with the Pentagon, RUMO, MI6 and other representatives of the Western partners’ establishment — with those who really help us survive the war. This is normal, professional, military work. But for civilian conspiracy theorists from Bankova, these are signs of a “political rebellion.” Because when you yourself live in a world of intrigue, you perceive even tank negotiations as a pre-election headquarters.

This whole campaign looks pathetic. Because when someone is really fighting, and someone is imitating the “information front”, society instantly feels who is who. Because where the brains of strategists should be, the reflex of petty intriguers has settled. And when fear of professionals becomes state policy, it is no longer jealousy. It is a symptom.
