The British court considers Voloshin a Russian agent, and the Pechersk court has been prosecuting officer Pogrebysky for his slander for the sixth year.

“There were absolutely no actions on my part that I could be accused of. I believe that this is absolutely political pressure on me as an opposition Ukrainian politician,” Pogrebysky explained then.

“If the SBU had responded in a timely manner to the anti-state appeals of people’s deputies, in particular Voloshyn, when he allowed himself to say from the podium that the Ukrainian state is not sovereign, then perhaps these people who tried to educate him in this way would not have done these things,” Pohrebysky believes.

For slandering Voloshyn, Oleksandr Pohrebysky was then detained by security forces . The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv released him on personal guarantees from the leader of the “EU” Petro Poroshenko and the people’s deputies.
