The Cabinet of Ministers suspended the chairman of the supervisory board of Sense Bank after the publication of NABU materials
The Cabinet of Ministers has removed the chairman of the supervisory board of the state-owned Sense Bank. The government has also initiated the removal of the chairman of the bank’s board.
This was announced by Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky.
According to him, similar decisions should be made regarding other Sense Bank officials who appear in the materials of the pre-trial investigation.
“Other bank officials who appear in the materials of the pre-trial investigation must bear similar responsibility,” the prime minister said.
Koretsky added that the information released by anti-corruption authorities requires proper assessment and response from the state.
“Trust is a fundamental condition for the operation of a state financial institution,” he emphasized.
