“The Courage to Be Yourself”: The 2025 Ukrainian Women’s Congress will be held in Kyiv.

The Ukrainian Women’s Congress 2025 will take place in Kyiv on October 23. This year’s Congress will be held under the slogan “The Courage to Be Yourself.”

“The Courage to Be Yourself” isn’t just about individual strength. It’s about leadership in various areas of life—innovation, the front, communities, recovery, education, medicine. It’s about the courage to be first, different, visible. The courage to take responsibility.

“We will talk about women, who are the foundation of human capital, and young people, who are the main drivers of change,” noted the Ukrainian Women’s Congress.

Women are taking on new roles, from raising families to managing communities, as well as new functions often associated with changes in profession, place of residence, opening a business, and the traditional gender distribution of responsibilities in the family.

Such changes require courage. They are embodied by women leaders, whose stories must be made visible to serve as role models for the transformation of Ukrainian society.

At the Ukrainian Women’s Congress 2025, we want to give a voice to those already assuming leadership roles in communities, business, the Defense Forces, education, medicine, media, and the public sector. We want to demonstrate that it is people, their ideas, and their determination that shape the future of the state—in politics, society, business, and innovation.
