The cyclone is retreating: rains will stop and temperatures will warm up in Ukraine on September 25.

The cyclone that brought heavy rain and a sharp cold snap to Ukraine in recent days is gradually moving north and northwest. By Friday, September 25, precipitation will cease in most regions, and temperatures will begin to rise.
This was reported by meteorologist Natalia Didenko.
According to her forecast, drier weather will prevail in the central, eastern, and southern regions. Sunny clearings are possible in some areas.
Where rain is expected on September 25
Light precipitation is still possible in the western and northern regions, as well as in some places in the Vinnytsia region.
At the same time, daytime temperatures in most regions will rise to +15…+19°C. In the south, +20…+22°C is expected.
The coolest temperatures will be in the west, where daytime temperatures are expected to be +12…+16 °C.
At night, the temperature throughout almost all of Ukraine will be +5…+10°C.
What will the weather be like in Kyiv?
The capital will also see a warmer day on September 25. Didenko forecasts temperatures to reach 15–17°C.
No significant precipitation is expected in Kyiv, but light rain is possible in some areas of the Kyiv region.
