The “Diya” app is not working? Fedorov explained how to fix it

Today, August 3, technical problems with logging in were recorded in the Diia application. Users of the application were advised to update it to resume correct operation.

This was announced by the First Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.

“This night, the “Diya” team updated the SSL encryption certificates. We do this regularly, because Action should be not only convenient, but also safe,” he noted, explaining the reason for the temporary problems in the application.

In this regard, users were advised to update the application via the Play Market or Apple Store to restore the correct operation of digital documents and government services.

It should be noted that on August 3, when entering the Diia application, the message “Unfortunately, an error occurred” began to appear. However, by closing the window, users can access electronic documents.

Also, when generating a QR code for electronic documents, the application indicates “No access to registers”.
