The Earth is “shaking” due to a magnetic storm: scientists warn about the impact on the body

On Tuesday, May 5, a powerful magnetic storm was recorded on Earth, reaching a K-index level of 5.7 (red level of activity). This indicates a significant impact of geomagnetic processes on the planet.
This is evidenced by data from the Meteoagent resource.
According to scientists, two weak coronal mass ejections from the Sun reached Earth the day before. In addition, the activity was enhanced by the flow from the coronal hole, which caused periods of geomagnetic disturbances at the STORM G1 level.
Experts note that such magnetic storms can affect people’s well-being, including causing headaches, fatigue, and pressure drops.
Doctors advise on such days to rest more, drink enough water, avoid coffee and alcohol, choose light meals, walk more outdoors, and try to reduce stress levels.
