The end of October will bring cold weather and rain: which regions will be hit by bad weather?

In Ukraine, October 27 will be mostly dry, but some regions will experience rain. The coolest weather will be in the west, while in the south the air will warm up to +19° during the day. Strong gusts of wind are expected in the southeast, and fog is possible in the Odessa region at night and in the morning.

Cloudy weather with clearings is forecast in most regions. Precipitation is expected in the southwest of the country, and at night – also in the western regions. Winds are mainly northeast and east, 5–10 m/s. In the southeast, gusts will reach 15–20 m/s in places.
At night, the temperature will be +5…+10°, on the coast — up to +14°. During the day, the air will warm up to +10…+15°, in the south — up to +18° in places.
No significant precipitation is forecast in the capital and Kyiv region . It will be cloudy with clearings, with a northeast wind of 5–10 m/s.
In the Kyiv region, the temperature is expected to be +5…+10° at night, +10…+15° during the day. In Kyiv, the night temperature will be +8…+10°, and the daytime temperature will be +12…+14°.
No precipitation is expected in the Kharkiv region , the sky will be partly cloudy. The east wind will strengthen to 9–14 m/s.
At night in the region, the forecast is +3…+8°, during the day — +10…+15°. In Kharkiv, the temperature will be +6…+8° at night and +12…+14° during the day.
Short-term rains are expected in the Lviv region during the day. The daytime air temperature will be only +7…+9°.
Forecasters warn that the last week of October will bring a noticeable cold snap and precipitation to the region.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, it will be partly cloudy, without precipitation. East wind, 7–12 m/s.
At night, the temperature will be +5…+10°, during the day — +12…+17°. In Dnipro, +7…+9° is expected at night, and +14…+16° during the day.
Light, moderate rain is forecast in the Odessa region . Fog is possible in some places at night and in the morning, which will reduce visibility on highways to 200–500 meters.
North-easterly wind, 9–14 m/s. The air temperature in the region at night will be +9…+14°, during the day — +14…+19°.
Light rain is also possible in Odessa. The temperature at night will be +12…+14°, during the day — +16…+18°.
No precipitation is expected in Uzhhorod . At night it will be +3…+7°, during the day — +12…+14°.
It is much cooler in the Carpathians : the air temperature will range from 0° to +5° during the day.
