The enemy attacked energy facilities in the Ternopil region: tens of thousands of consumers were left without electricity

On March 24, Russian military forces struck energy infrastructure in the Ternopil region: a direct hit was recorded at one facility, and debris fell on another.
This was stated by the head of the OVA, Taras Pastukh, in a telethon, quoted by Ukrinform.
As a result of the attack, about 70,000 consumers in the Ternopil region were left without electricity. Specialists are currently working to reboot the system and try to restore power to subscribers.
“We hope that in just a few hours we will be able to revive the system and begin to directly restore the damage that was caused,” the official said.
In addition, according to him, the enemy hit an administrative building in the Ternopil region. However, the OVA chief did not disclose details.
The shepherd noted that firefighters have already extinguished the fire at all locations.
“We have now started clearing the rubble directly at the impact sites,” he added.
As is known, on the afternoon of March 24, Russian occupation forces attacked Lviv with the help of strike drones , resulting in casualties among people and a UNESCO site.
As a reminder, this afternoon Russia carried out one of the largest air attacks on Ukraine , striking with over 550 drones. Including night strikes, Russia has sent over a thousand drones into Ukraine since the evening of March 23.
