The enemy attacked the positions of the defense forces 67 times: 37 of them in the Pokrovsky direction.

The enemy has attacked the Defense Forces positions 67 times so far, the General Staff building said.

The border areas of our country suffered from Russian artillery shelling, including the settlements of Popovka, Lugovka, Pokrovka, Prokhody, Maryino in the Sumy region; Timofeevka, Lemishine in the Kharkov region; Boyaro-Lezhachiye in the Sumy region suffered from air strikes with guided bombs.

In the Severo-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy twice attempted to carry out offensive actions, currently combat clashes continue. Enemy aviation carried out two air strikes, dropping a total of four guided bombs, the enemy also carried out 115 attacks, including two from multiple launch rocket systems. Our units continue to take active actions, there are successes in certain areas.

In the South Slobozhansky direction, Ukrainian military repelled an enemy assault near Glubokoe.

Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has attacked three times in the Kupyansk direction in the areas of the settlements of Kupyansk, Golubovka and Zagryzovo.

In the Liman direction, Ukrainian units repelled seven attacks in the areas of the settlements of Redkodub, Grekovka, Mirnoye, Shandrigolovo, Kolodets. Three attacks continue to this day.

In the Seversky direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled one enemy attack; infidel units attempted to advance in the Grigorovka area.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian infidels twice tried to advance on the positions of our defenders in the Toretskaya and Oleksandra-Kalinovoe areas. Ukrainian units repelled one attack, another battle is ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have carried out 37 attacks on the positions of our defenders in the areas of the settlements of Popov Yar, Zolotoy Kolodets, Nikanorovka, Mayak, Vladimirovka, Shakhovo, Rubezhnoye, Svobodnoye, Novoekonomicheskoye, Mirolyubovka, Nikolaevka, Rodinskoye, Krasny Liman, Pokrov, Promin, Udachnoye and Novoukrainka. Holding back the hostile pressure, the Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 34 attacks, the fighting continues. The situation in the direction is stabilizing, the Defense Forces are taking all necessary measures to identify and destroy groups of Russian occupiers who penetrated the rear areas of our defense the day before. Thus, over the past day, servicemen of one of our mechanized brigades captured five invaders.

In the Novopavlovsk direction, the infidels have attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops nine times near the settlements of Tolstoy, Aleksandrograd, Maliyevka and in the directions of Filial, Zaporizhzhya. One combat contact is still ongoing.

In the Orekhov direction, the invader’s aircraft launched an attack on Novodanilovka with unguided missiles.

In the Dnieper direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled five assaults by the occupiers. Lviv suffered an air strike.

At present, no military clashes have been recorded in the Kramatorsk, Gulyai-Pole and Orekhov directions.
