This was reported by the head of the OVA, Vadim Filashkin.
The Russian military strikes reportedly caused power outages in the national power grid.
Specialists are already working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.
“Emergency crews are doing everything possible to restore power to the region. Power will be restored as soon as it is technically feasible,” the power company said in a statement.
