The first snow fell in the Carpathians

The Zaroslyak tract near Goverla was covered with the first snow of the season on August 24.

Mountain rescuers from the Carpathian region reported this.

As of 09:30, the air temperature was about +2°C , and the wind was blowing from the west at a speed of 2–8 m/s. In addition to snow, rain and hail were recorded.
