The General Staff commented on the tragedy in Mila
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized the inadmissibility of placing ammunition depots and other military facilities near civilian buildings and recalled the current ban of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the General Staff.
As noted in the department, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are guarding the security of the state and its citizens and are doing everything possible to protect residents of peaceful cities and towns.
At the same time, the General Staff recalled the tragedy that occurred the day before as a result of a Russian air strike on the village of Myla, Buchansky district, Kyiv region.
“However, the day before yesterday, as a result of an air strike by the Russian aggressor on the village of Myla, Buchansky district, Kyiv region, dozens of our fellow citizens were killed and injured.
“The Armed Forces express sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased, as well as to all residents of the Kyiv region who suffered as a result of this tragedy. Its root cause is the aggressor country, the Russian Federation,” the message says.
The General Staff also emphasized the inadmissibility of placing ammunition depots and other similar facilities near residential buildings and civilian areas.
At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that the order of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which prohibits the establishment of weapons and ammunition depots in such places, remains in force.
Previously, “Pryamiy” wrote that there were deaths and injuries as a result of an enemy attack on the Buchansky district of the Kyiv region. The elimination of the consequences of the attack is ongoing.
