The General Staff confirmed the destruction of military targets in Russia and Crimea
The Ukrainian Defense Forces have struck a number of Russian military facilities, including a patrol ship in the Sea of Azov, a gunpowder factory in the Ryazan region, and ammunition and fuel depots in the occupied territories.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the military, the strikes were carried out on June 3 and on the night of June 4.
Among the targets hit was the Project 10410 border patrol ship “Svetlyak” in the Sea of Azov. The Ukrainian military is currently clarifying the extent of the damage inflicted on it.
Also under attack were the locations of Russian equipment and weapons near Novoyehorivka in the Kharkiv region, the occupiers’ command post near Ocheretyne in the Donetsk region, and an ammunition depot in the same region.
In addition, the Defense Forces attacked fuel depots in occupied Simferopol and Melitopol.
Separately, the General Staff reported the destruction of the Elastic gunpowder plant in the Ryazan region of Russia. After the strike, a fire broke out at the plant, covering more than 400 square meters.
The Ukrainian military also clarified the results of the attack on the St. Petersburg oil terminal. According to them, the strike destroyed one tank, damaged six more tanks, and damaged two technical overpasses.
In addition, a warehouse on the territory of the Progress plant in the Tambov region has been confirmed to have caught fire. The enterprise produces components for high-precision weapons for the Russian army.
The General Staff noted that the results of strikes on individual targets are still being clarified.
As a reminder, Ukrainian forces of unmanned systems struck a Russian warship in the Kronstadt area (St. Petersburg) . This is the corvette “Boykiy”, which was in dry dock for scheduled repairs.
As reported, Ukrainian drone operators launched a series of strikes on Russian targets in temporarily occupied Crimea, Mariupol, and the Donetsk region. Among the targets hit were the Pantsir-S1 air defense system, command posts, radar stations, and occupier locations.
