The General Staff confirmed the strikes on the Tuapse refinery and Russian landing ships
On the night of April 20, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important Russian targets.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, Ukrainian forces repeatedly struck the Tuapse oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai. The strike hit a tank farm, after which a fire broke out at the facility.
Ukrainian military also struck the Gvardiyska oil depot in temporarily occupied Crimea. These strikes reduce the Russian army’s ability to supply its units with fuel.
In addition, two large landing ships – projects 1171 and 775 – were hit in Sevastopol. The level of damage is currently being determined.
Ammunition depots in the areas of Urzuf in the Donetsk region and Lokna in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation were also hit.
Ukrainian forces also destroyed a drone depot in the Novaya Karakuba area and a command and observation post near Blagodatne.
The military is clarifying the losses and the extent of the damage caused.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to strike at the Russian military infrastructure to reduce its offensive potential.
