The General Staff updated the Russian Federation’s losses: 1,240 occupiers were eliminated in a day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has updated data on the losses of the Russian army in the war against Ukraine. As of August 4, the enemy’s losses per day amounted to 1,240 soldiers and 55 artillery systems.

This was reported by the press service of the department.

The enemy’s total combat losses from 02/24/2022 to 08/04/2026 were approximately:

• • personnel – about 1,451,750 (+1,240) people;

• • tanks – 12,237 (+5) units;

• • armored combat vehicles – 25,079 (+4) units;

• • artillery systems – 47,331 (+55) units;

• • multiple launch rocket systems – 2,000 (+4) units;

• • air defense systems – 1,538 (+5) units;

• • aircraft – 439 (+0) units;

• • helicopters – 354 (+0) units;

• • ground robotic complexes – 2,124 (+12) units;

• • operational-tactical level drones – 442,740 (+1,792) units;

• • cruise missiles – 5,007 (+0) units;

• • ships / boats – 34 (+0) units;

• • submarines – 2 (+0) units;

• • automotive equipment and tank trucks – 129,817 (+379) units;

• • special equipment – 4,492 (+0) units.
