The government appointed an acting Minister of Justice: who took up the position

On Wednesday, November 19, the government appointed Lyudmila Sugak to the position of Acting Minister of Justice.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing sources.

Previously, she worked as the deputy of former Minister of Justice Herman Galushchenko for European integration.

As noted, in July 2010, she began working in the Kyiv Regional Council, later moving to the Ministry of Justice.

Later, Sugak worked as an assistant to MP Volodymyr Vecherko from the Party of Regions, and in 2014 she returned to the Ministry of Justice, where she took the position of Deputy Head of the European Integration Department of the central apparatus of the department.

In the period from 2017 to 2023, the official worked at the National Agency of Ukraine for the Identification, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes, where she headed the international department of the central office.

After working at ARMA, she took up the position of Deputy Minister of Justice for European Integration.

We will remind you that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dismissed the head of the Ministry of Justice, Herman Galushchenko.

Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to remove Herman Galushchenko from the duties of Minister of Justice .
